The potential of Jatrophaiti is enormous.

The Jatropha Curcas could significantly change the life of many Haitians. Not by creating large-scale plantations that expel the people from their homes and villages, but through local-scale coorperation and communication. Durability is the keyword: by Haitians, for Haitians.

The long term goal is to make the Jatrophaiti project self-sustainable. The expenses (education, transportation) are to be covered by selling Jatropha oil (see Media - Jatrophaiti concept.pdf). Unfortunately, this remains a 'mission impossible' in this initial phase of the project. Therefore: your financial help is essential!

Your donations will be used to cover expenses made for the Jatrophaiti project itself, such as transportation in Haiti and the neccesary purchases. Although the project is still very young at the moment, more information on financial expenses will be provided in further stages of the Jatrophaiti project.
